【明報專訊】THE HONG KONG government is to give Cathay Pacific a HK$27.3 billion bailout via its Land Fund and a bridging loan. This has attracted extra attention since this will be the first time the government has directly invested in a private enterprise, not to mention that Cathay Pacific is an established airline with a background of British capital.
