【明報專訊】治癌方法包括外科手術、放射治療、藥物治療及細胞治療，其中藥物治療包括化療（chemotherapy）、單克隆抗體（monoclonal antibody）及口服標靶藥物（targeted therapy）；細胞治療（cell therapy）則有自體或異體血幹細胞移植（autologous or allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation）及嵌合抗原受體T細胞療法（chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy，CAR-T）。單克隆抗體、PDL-1抑制劑、異體血幹細胞移植及CAR-T療法皆利用病者免疫系統來治癌，可通稱為免疫治療。
